Pakistani products at world’s largest food exhibition in Paris attracting huge crowd

Pakistan Pavilion fascinated numerous buyers and marketers at Global International Food Products Exhibition, SIAL held in Paris. Exhibition started this Monday 16th October and is scheduled to wrap up tomorrow. The mouthwatering cuisines and delicious food items from around the globe attracted everyone from France and beyond to experience culinary paradise.

SIAL is world’s largest food products exhibition held in France this year. It is a platform for buyers and sellers to explore emerging market trends, exchange ideas with leading agri-food players of the world and stay connected to trends and novelty in food and beverages industry.

This year more than 7000 exhibitors are participating in this food festival from 104 countries to share their vision of food.

Pakistan, a country known for its flaming spices and enticing flavors was also a part of this divine celebration of food. People from different segments exhibited the taste of Pakistan using local Pakistani dishes, traditional beverages and specialties from northern heights and Indus fertile.

Twenty-six renowned Pakistan companies joined the SIAL food expo. They took part in the exhibition and displayed exclusive varieties of rice, pickles, dry fruits, beverages, spices and processed food.

Pakistani stalls served as a cynosure for the visitors and potential buyers at the exhibition. Everyone visited the vibrant and delighted shops filled with Pakistani food and praised the taste of it.

The premium quality and competitive priced food items at Pakistani stalls were appreciated by buyers from around the world who visited the stall.

Buyers and visitors all, when left the Pakistani stall, felt joyous over the exquisite taste of Pakistani food items, beverages and nuts.

The Ambassador of Pakistan to France, Mr. Moin ul Haque, also explored the event. He visited the Pakistani Pavilion and appreciated the participation of Pakistani exhibitors with full zest and passion.

He said that remarkable representation by Pakistani companies affirms the evolution of food industry in Pakistan. He expressed his hopes that participation in the world largest food exhibition would help Pakistan to increase its exports of value added food products to Europe and other countries of the world.

Active participation of Pakistan in events like SIAL is a signatory that Pakistan is headed towards a road of success and modernization. Spices and food items of Pakistan have a mesmerizing taste and that has been proven at many platforms before. Participation in SIAL just took Pakistani food to another level.
